Shipping and Delivery

  1. Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Every package is carefully packed to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

  2. Can I ship my order to a pickup location or parcel locker?
    At this time, we only ship to the delivery address provided during checkout. Delivery to pickup points or parcel lockers is currently not supported.

  3. How long does delivery take?
    Orders placed on business days before 6:00 PM (EST) are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 5–7 business days. During peak periods, delivery may take up to 9 business days.

  4. How can I track my order?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to follow the status of your delivery at any time.

  5. Which shipping carriers do you use?
    We work with reliable shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, and DHL to ensure fast and secure delivery.

  6. What if my order doesn’t arrive?
    Please first check your shipping confirmation email and tracking link. If no updates are available, contact us at support@moodefashion.com. If your package is confirmed as lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

    Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@moodefashion.com. Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

Returns and Refunds

    If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us in advance at support@moodefashion.com to request return approval. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags.

  2. When will I receive my refund?
    Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

  3. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
    If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us first at support@moodefashion.com.
