Found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
To work as sustainably as possible and keep our prices fair, we ship in planned batches. Once the minimum batch quantity is reached, your order is dispatched in one shipment from our supplier. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us reduce unnecessary waste.
Delivery
Below you’ll find the average delivery time for all packages:
If your order is placed before 1:00 PM (ET), it will be processed the same day:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat)
- Shipping time: 3–8 business days (Mon–Sat)

After placing your order, you can easily see when your package is expected to arrive once processing is completed. You’ll receive a personal tracking code by email so you can follow your order via our Track & Trace feature.
Always Free Shipping
We cover shipping costs. All orders are shipped FREE to your address. There is no minimum order amount.
Lost package?
If you received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and include the following:
Your order number
Which item is damaged or incorrect
A short description
Photo evidence
If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it to our customer service right away.
All claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot issue a refund, store credit, or compensation without damage evidence reviewed by our support team.
Import duties & taxes
In some cases, customs may inspect incoming shipments. If your order is shipped internationally, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your location and local regulations. These charges are set by your local authorities and, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. If you are charged, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Not home for delivery or pickup
If a package is delivered to your door or a pickup point,  Moode covers the outbound shipping costs. If the package is refused or not collected from the pickup point and is returned to the sender, we reserve the right to deduct $20 from the total order amount to cover return handling and carrier fees.
Why isn’t my tracking number updating?
In some cases, carriers need 1–2 business days to update tracking information. Thank you for your patience.
