What Can Be Returned
Both defective and non-defective products may be returned, provided they are unused, complete, and in original condition. -

Refund

Exceptions
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
1. Return Conditions
At Moode, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This policy applies exclusively to customers in the United States.
To initiate a return, please contact us first by email at support@moodefashion.com. You will receive return approval and detailed instructions before sending your item back.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Items showing signs of wear or damage may qualify for a partial refund only.
2. Return Process and Shipping Responsibility
All returns must be shipped independently by the customer. For non-defective items, return shipping costs are not reimbursed. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address.
3. Condition of the Item
To qualify for a full refund, the returned item must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is incomplete.
4. Product Exchanges
Exchanges are available for customers in the United States. Please return the original item following the approved return instructions. Once the return has been inspected, you may place a new order. If the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.
5. Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking or handling fees for approved returns. However, items that are damaged, incomplete, or heavily used may receive a reduced refund.
7. Undelivered or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal upon delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional return or reshipping costs may apply. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
8. Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to customs or import duties. For any exceptional cross-border shipments, applicable duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Changing the Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@moodefashion.com. Once an order has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
10. Voluntary 14-Day Return Policy
In addition to this return policy, we offer a voluntary 14-day return window after delivery, during which you may return an item without providing a reason.
Items must remain unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and proof of purchase (such as the invoice).
