Shipping Area

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time but is planned for future expansion.

The estimated total delivery time is between 6 and 9 business days, including processing and shipping.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We do not charge shipping or handling fees for any deliveries within the United States.

1. Where We Ship

Moode ships exclusively to residential and business addresses within the United States. Delivery to pickup stations or automated parcel lockers is currently not supported.

2. Products Eligible for Shipping

All products offered in our online shop are subject to our standard shipping policy. Every order is carefully checked, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

3. Shipping Address

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Changes to your shipping address are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.

4. Order Timing and Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 6:00 PM (EST) are typically processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Processing Time

The average processing time for an order (including order confirmation, quality check, and packaging) is 1 to 2 business days.

6. Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Deliveries are made only on business days (Monday to Friday). During peak periods (e.g., sales or holidays), delays may occur.

7. Shipping Costs

For all orders within the United States, we offer free standard shipping. No additional packaging or handling fees apply.

8. Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@moode.ch. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee it if the order has already been processed or shipped.

9. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered — due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package — we reserve the right to charge additional fees for return shipping and any subsequent redelivery.

10. Customs and Taxes

Since we currently ship only within the United States, no customs duties or import fees apply. Once we introduce international shipping, our shipping policy will be updated to include details on customs duties and VAT.
